Pricing questions
What is a name screening?
A name is a customer or one of its owners, directors, shareholders or signatories. Each name uses one screening the first time it is screened. Re-screens, daily monitoring and news checks of that name are free.
Do unused name screenings expire?
No. Your allowance counts the names you monitor and never resets while you renew, so screenings you do not use this year stay available next year.
What happens if I run out?
Nothing is lost: new profiles are saved and wait. You can add packs of 20 name screenings at your plan’s price per name plus 30%, or move to a bigger plan and pay less per name.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up at any time; you pay the difference for the rest of your year. Most firms choose a plan with room for 12 months of growth because the price per name falls as plans grow.
What does Advanced configuration do?
It lets you tighten the Xtroq Standard risk model for your own risk assessment: matching thresholds, risk points, risk levels, review periods, countries and higher-risk businesses. It can never be weaker than the Xtroq Standard. AED 300 for each 12-month cycle; included from the 1,500 plan.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. Prices are in UAE dirhams and exclude 5% VAT. Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10.
